| Description & Qualifications : |
Provide legal support to the appraisal district. Such activities to include: researching legal issues, informing the district of and explaining new laws impacting the district, educating the district on legal matters, drafting various correspondence to address legal concerns, developing various pleadings, representing the district and support legal counsel in various administrative and judicial hearings related to tax disputes and working closely with litigation support. Some travel might be required. |
| Education & Experience : |
Graduation from an accredited law school.
Licensed to practice law in the state of Texas.
Excellent research and writing skills.
Excellent presentation skills.
