PLEASE NOTE: All maps have been updated to reflect the location accuracy changes of parcel data within the District as May 14, 2004. Please be aware of this when comparing printed maps having a publication date prior to May 14, 2004 with maps having a publication date on or after May 14, 2004. Maps are updated nightly as HCAD accounts change.

This page provides the capability for anyone to access and download the most up-to-date, detailed maps in the Harris County Appraisal District. The maps are formatted to a standard 8.5" x 11" page.

To use the map Maps, Adobe Reader must be installed on your PC. Please refer to the link at the top of this page to download the reader free of charge. Please note that versions prior to 3.0 are incompatible with HCAD maps.

Of special importance... Should you decide to print the map file, please follow these two tips:

1. Use only the print button located on the plugin toolbar (not the main toolbar of your browser).
2. Set your printer resolution one step lower than normal. E.g., if you normally print at 300dpi, try switching to 150dpi.

Select one of the two options for locating a map from the HCAD map series. If you do not know exactly which map you need, please use the Maps map first.
